No, I think legally if RG were to acquire say all of TIC holdings at say for the argument $2 per share it would tip him over the 90% and would be required to pay the remaining shareholders the same amount, this would become the minimum price unless a court finds a higher fair value upon objection. Im not a lawyer so there could be variations to my observations but I believe this to be the outcome. Very disappointing outcome from the TOP!
