Onshow if you read my post on MEO I cut them and swapped to LRS which is doing quite well , up from 18 to 37 from my post , and was bashed for mentioning the potential I felt LRS had in this forum .
In the case of MEO they didnt deliever what I expected so I cut them
My point is that if MHM continually delay on expectation this is a sound strategy , cut and wait.
Wont say to much on LRS but I do believe LRS it will beat MHM to the $2 share price .
No need to comment , as I am sure one of you have a clue just what LRS has , which is cool .
Back to MHM and Chakay quaetion .
If the company does deliver on the expectations you state Chakay , and I was to see a full quarter where Geelong was fully operational , The Silica deal moved from in discussion to naming a partner and having projections that read well , the SSC deal did commence and the quarter generated in excess of $1.5m profit , which would indicate to me a major chance of $10m per annum .
I would give the stock a big tick and value it over $1.50 ie PE of 15 on my estimate of 1 year forward earnings .
Unfortunately I do not hold most peoples enthusiasm this will happen in a time frame remotely close to poeples expectation and think we will see another quarter similar to last quarter this quarter, and then again In the JUne 30 quarter
On that basis I believe the stock is inflated and for holders of MHM I hope my opinion is incorrect and you all make money from me being wrong and you being correct.
