My understanding is that ICSID rulings are generally not appealable. I'm almost sure the ICSID Convention, which governs the process, states that awards are final and binding, and not subject to appeal. However, it's also my understanding that specific remedies, like annulments (Article 25?), are available, but they are limited to specific grounds (can't remember the grounds).
