Do you not see the inherent contradiction in what you say. Do you have any idea of the environmental permitting issues in the US to start a uranium mine?
Hartleys report has a 3 month TP of 15.8c and i quote "the upside potential makes up more than half of our valuation". The fully diluted market cap is $471M. Always question the numbers, and learn how to do financial analysis.
