I was not expecting any news about WCC today as today's webinar was simply to inform the market about the potential of the Utah project and an added bonus for us , a sneaky hint that we are in no terms stopping right here as we are looking to acquire further projects in the US . I personally was quite satisfied to hear that we are not limiting ourselves and i get the feeling the South African dynamic duo wish to have a red hot crack at making Trigg a major player on the world stage. Call me an upramper if you wish but that's just my gut feel.

In regards to WCC the webinar pertaining to this property was held on 7th of May with the following updates
1) Forrestry Land access rights expected by circa end of May (if there is a delay with this i would be disappointed if we dont get an update)
2) Private land access (Shelley's property) ongoing negotiations .

I have seen some posters on here today already conceding that we are heading to the courts to gain WCC access?? If that was the case and Shelley had bluntly refused us this would have already gone to the courts on the 8th of February , the day after the NSW government approved the lease transfer of the WCC leases to Trigg Minerals. The fact that the private land owner has entered negotiations with Trigg (as advised by Booyzen in his webinar on the 7th of May ) tells me two things
a) She is open to discussion and searching for an outcome beneficial to her and her property.
b) She wants all her requirements and non-negotiables met by Trigg Minerals to ensure that her property is not left looking like the Battle of the Somme in 1916 as it was by Anchor resources 12 years ago to which she obviously still bears the mental scars.

Shelley's legal advisor would have already informed her that she either comes up with an amicable agreement which benefits her and protects her property or Trigg is simply going to dig under her property from the adjoining landscape which they are in the process of purchasing through their 90 day option agreement. One way or another this will happen with no courts involved .

On a side note those sticking the boot into Trigg by saying they are 'pivoting' away from WCC by going into Trump land, seriously what would make you people happy? When there was not much news in the early part of 2025 the Pessimistic Cheerleading Squad was saying why are Trigg standing idle treading water whilst we wait for WCC to be sorted and why are they not being active in other projects? Now that they ARE being active (to be fair they have been rather overactive i'm struggling to keep up and digest all the updates being thrown our way) low and behold now the same crowd are criticising the company for pivoting in too many directions .

Blimey i would not be surprised if i log in next week and The Pessimistic Cheer Squad are blasting the company because the share price is rising up too fast for their liking .
