Just went thro a similiar excercise to you! Scrolled through the EPL list of the Ministry of Mines and Energy. As you say there has been 20 EPLs granted for 2011 all in the period 14-19 January and all for non nuclear minerals!
There seems to be talkfest going on at the moment which started in Nov. 2010 to develop a Nuclear Fuel Cycle Policy,Regulation and Legislation.
Wonder if they are waiting for this to be finalized before granting anymore Nuclear EPLs? Could be a long wait!
