The proposition is scheduled to be voted on by the Swedish parliament in Sept. Since Sweden only makes new laws twice a year it will not become law until Jan 2026. All parties have already stated how they will vote. I think the language in the Q1 report is incorrect. Separately, it is also possible that the SGU approves or rejects Aura's application for a mining concession for Häggån as early as Sept/Oct and I can only imagine it gets approved which will be a major de-risking event.
