@SpiderMonkeyZ re dilution. I raised the question with management about the DFC requirement that $150 million be raised by Renergen as part of the Phase 2 loan. Led to believe that this would be taken on by ASPI (deal appears silent on this matter) That would require dilution of around 20 million shares at a share price of $7.50. Just another consideration.
