Don't you worry your little mind about US medicare, theres plans for that down the track but one has to sort the economic fundamentals out first.

Your breakdown of tax numbers are not accurate.

    17k - 51k earners get 1.5% - 2.4% cut
51k to 80k earners get 2.4% cut but get more if they have children
    80k - 460k earners get 4.3% cut
Top earners average a 4.4% cut.

No tax on tips, no tax on overtime for poorer people and hard workers that do a lot of overtime, like Police, Firemen,
    Did you forget those?
The poorest earn tips, now zero tax, thats on top of the tax cuts.

    Child tax credit also increases.

Standard deduction made permanent, doubled from 2017 levels with a temporary increase of 1k to 16k, benefits low earners that don't itemize.

Letting people keep more of the money they earn is a good thing for people, it's not bad!
The more money the Gov takes off us the less we have, rich or poor!
