Just for the record, I was not advocating for legal action and would never do so. Life is too short. My comments were made in a direct response to a post suggesting such legal action. They were made in jest. I personally find the Elizabeth Holmes reference ( who is now in jail for making false claims) quite amusing.With respect to the buyback, I think enough caveats were provided in their original announcements to the market that there is no legal issue here despite the actions being quite contrary to the initial public statements made. This is demonstrative of the lack of company credibility.With respect to the topical tanning product, most claims have been made under the “Safe Harbour” provision. Some, however have not. The previous chairman‘s comments claiming to be “very far along” with a topical tanning product. Comments by Biblioni in bulletin 2 and an alleged private conversation (widely reported), taking place in Germany between the CEO and a long-term shareholder stating that the product works very effectively. The Lady Gaga event in the US may also prove to be an issue for Clinuvel moving forward however this is not for shareholders to litigate, but the regulatory authorities to investigate imo. Wolgen has been asked direct questions at AGMs about the existence of this product and has refused to answer.
