It is bullshyt, they don't control the shares.
They are only hoping and praying that we do sell.
Unless the new identity controls eighty percent of the SOI they can do nothing.....
Don't sell and as long as we holders, hold that twenty percent of the SOI we rule (for ever).
A perfect example is GMD who (scum), scewed their takeover taget DCN for pennies.
But twenty percent plus (I think) refused to sell.
One year later (about), GMD surrendered and paid the smart holders well over the original offer.
We can do the same.
If we are bluffed, we will suffer a low buyout price.
