    That would be true if we had 100% offtakes, and a strategic investor and finance, none of which we have atm

    For a negative how about this

    The whole lithium market is in over supply which could be for the rest of the decade, that means current prices may be like this for years

    GL with those numbers when you pop them into your spreadsheet. This is why the lithium market is bad for explorers/developers that need to raise money, and your positives will make zero difference
