    re: habib Under the current law, as it applies to potential terorrists, he would ceratinly be found guilty. Obviously we can't jail someone for a retrospective criminal offence.

    But, under the present global terrorist threat it would be irresponsible for the Australian Government NOT to consider him as a potential threat to the security of this country.
