My outlook for VRL is good, but they need to ditch there overseas projects for good and focus on there gold project (Monument) in Australia. There overseas projects have bled the bank account because of the amount of capital they fed into those projects, though they delivered outstanding results, the SP went nowhere and again eventually led to numerous CR’s which eventually led to consolidation of shares. The state above happened because VRL did not prioritising which project was more important, which to me is the gold project. They will however need to do another near term CR for working capital and more gold drilling. I believe the SP will cool off a bit more as there was not much drilling done on Monument and the results will come in/be fair to the same as previous results, unless VRL hit something out of this world which I don’t see happening even though we have a record high POG.
