Correct Pythag, SDL's dedicated port is planned to be built in Lolabe, some distance from the multi-user port in Kribi. This has been the source of some confusion before. While SDL's port is mentioned as being part of the overall port 'complex,' it isn't part of the deal mentioned above and needs to be financed by SDL & SDL's partners.
