10000 houses are being assessed by the ses as a result of the recent floods...many wont have insurance ....and a significant number will be rentals....there are a significant number of people still homeless in the 2022 floods many still remain without permanent accommodation...and dullards like you avoid the issues....in the 2022 floods civilian volunteers went out at night to perform rescues because....if you dont recognise cc you dont put infrastructure in place to deal with it....
