anyone who breaks the rules should be punished...
the ASIC obviously have limited resources, so go for big public scalps... this hasnt worked for them in recent times, seeing as they've been smashed in the courts, leaving them, more often than not, red faced...
if you dont break the rules, you dont have anything to worry about...
unfortunately, twiggy may have broken the rules, and will be the one to pay the price...
