uhh no thats wrong. you can see here section 6.01 of the indenture lists a stack of events of default miss a coupon 30 days, bust any covenant 60 days, cross-default on > $25 m other debt, judgments > $25 m, or any insolvency move. once one of those hits holders of 25 % of the notes can accelerate and demand the whole $400 m back, 50 % can block waivers and steer the process. none of that needs a change-of-control date, October 2026 put right, or the cash balance falling under $100 m. so bondholders with a majority stake absolutely can pull the pin well before any ownership vote or coal rebound.
