So if you have used usual open ended H blocks with mortar you then core fill them and you have a rated fire wall. Lots of factory unit dividing and sometimes boundary walls are done in that way and divisions in carparks etc etc etc The core fill with reo and also become structural with starter bars into slab. Also so used extensively with underground parking areas and basements where waterproofing is then applied to external core filled wall

You are mistaken, fbr had no problem with rebar nor with core filling etc... many houses were build with rebar all to code and passed inspection.
