I won't post the whole article because it is mostly just stuff that is already known.
The new "information" is simply these two lines:
"Sources suspect the assets would involve canning and blending facilities that would let a2 Milk capitalise on its China label product manufacturing.
The understanding is that a deal could be finalised within months."
However Bortolussi already said back in February that an acquisition would be likely in this timeframe, and then of course there was a trading halt and update last year about being in talks to make an acquisition (they were doing due diligence). So the sources here aren't exactly telling us anything overly new. It's looked like they were buying a blending and canning facility ever since it became clear they weren't building one at MVM like they had originally planned.
