It is all determined by the share price. if the company is not anticipating the share price to rise more in the short term or even fall, they will raise to MINIMISE the dilutive impact of the raise. All depends on if the company is going to provide consistent, positive news flow in the short term to keep the share price where its at. Right now their cash balance is enough to get them to drill and release some good results, but if they decide they need more cash for other things, like permiting, marketing, or more extensive drilling, then a raise is innevitable, especially after such a rapid SP pump

There won’t be any raises the next couple of weeks. Andre will be securing his performance shares IMO.
