    Need the raise but was hoping we would get a bit more a share bounce first.

    Will be even worse if they go back for a 15-day period like last time and then do a 25-30% discount. If they do I would suspect this is more about letting someone accumulate at a super low price, rather then the best path to raise needed capital.
