rc, given the ongoing media reports as to the new Minister for the Environment's propensity to approve the extension, would have thought the WDS sp would have benefited already? However, the bigger picture may be the debt overhang, and now borrowing to pay the rent, those high-risk foreign acquisitions and burdensome capex, questionable asset disposals for no apparent reason, apart from liquidity and perhaps worse?
