farmboy. twiggy is not being sent to jail. He is banned from being a director and has to pay a fine. If he had done this in China he may end up in prison. The lesson is a timely reminder to those seeking riches, especially in China, that they need to ensure contracts are not "uncertain, incomplete and unenforceable".
