whats the usually discount rate 10% , could be like a 4.5c capital raise price . makes me sick thinking about it to be honest. terrible management of the stock waits for it to barrell down to the lowest levels . silent basically on any meaningful front . hasnt got anything to spark any market interest in the company . honestly its a bloody horror show at the moment . disgusting for long term holders
