- NEM renewable penetration has increased consistently including under an LNP government. Source is directly from NEM.
- ARENA got funding cut under Abbott. ARENA got funding cut under Turnbull. ARENA got funding cut under Morrison. Three examples from 3 LNP PMs from three sources.
- Renewable projects are happening depsite this - Kennedy Energy Park (Planned), Bouldercome Battery Project (In service right now), 250MW Kidson Pumped Hydro (Note: Technically some debt funding for Kidston but provided 3 examples of different projects, at different stages, at different sizes to prove my point, these are just 3 I know about)

My point is that you give far to much weight to the invisible boogieman the "extreme environmentalist" and their supposed power in politics.
