whats happening at torrens project

What are management doing regarding the decision of South Australia's ERD court ruling to ban mining at Torrens.
It would appear (management) had 21 days to appeal to the Supreme Court (which has now elapsed) or refer the decision to the Minister for an overide on the decision.
The SA Govt. have replaced Minster Holloway and have a newbie to the cabinet running the show. Does anybody have any info what management may be doing in this matter. I still strongly believe Torrens is still critical to a positive Share Price of ARE.
