This decision has not been handed down at the request of both sides. The is no decision to enforce at the moment. What concerns KCN is the metallurgical licence (5 years) and the royalties that have been fixed years before 2016. These are not related (except perhaps the royalties in existance at the time of the shutdown), to compensation for the shutting of the mine. It is still possible for the decision to be handed down and enforced. Perhaps one has to be careful what one wishes for. At the moment the wheel is still sptinning.
