Company's change Auditors for many reasons. PP is well regarded in Australia and so is BDO. If the business intends on having multiple entities across jurisdictions then having a single auditor that is available in each of those jurisdictions, with SME of local accounting principles is a sensible decision. PP may be part of a group, but having worked with them in the past they're quite boutique and probably not suited for entities that operate/have subsidiaries that operate across multiple jurisdictions.
