I am Parle Investments, We structured this deal to by pass brokers and to enable any existing shares holders to improve their position as regards the investment in CXU at a good price. As you can see I didn't charge any fee or ask for options that I could sell later. I also didn't exercise option I have to increase my share number before the CR. Every time CXU we went to brokers to raise money the moment the share price rose they would sell the shares back to the market and destroy the share price. The other way the share price was effected was that CXU is a small explorer so people sat back waiting for the broker to knock on there door because CXU would need to do a CR at some time. I wanted to change the game plan, if you want to be a shareholder of CXU you have to buy stock on the market because there will not do placements. If your a shareholder you will be given the chance to pick up shares at a discount and you can get overs as well to help improve you returns.
The days of low share price with CXU are finished we have changed the rules of the game, we only want shareholders that are in it for the long haul. If you take up you rights your % stays the same if you apply for overs it increase and your average cost drops. We have tried to be as fair as we can. Tony
