(1) NPV of $36 million is for Sandiego 'life of project'. The 'startup' Sandiego portion of the project. Compare it to other projects around the place and you will see that it is not bad at all. Not spectacular but not bad at all.
(2) "Don't forget that in the past they got many many millions of dollars from the gold, and where that amount of money got us to.?" It got us a positive scoping study on the Sandiego portion of the Koongie Project with an NPV of $36 million. :-)
