There are currently entities not related to Volpe buying up right now. I know one personally after I gave them information about this stock and I know they are buying a substantial amount. Volpe already got involved in the last raise and he did buy personally as the announcements show, but this is old news now. The recent reversal is the market finally waking up to how much these assets are worth at current commodity prices - especially the Monument Gold Project. As well as the expected up-lift in news flow as the drilling program moves further into motion.
