I would have to agree that deals of this scale must be reasonable and fair to a point from both the seller and buyer.
lowball offer and the seller walks away to risk waiting for a better offer
Over the top offer and buyer no longer makes a good business deal or short term upside gone.
Real estate has buyer and seller markets; I’m guessing we aren’t really in a sellers market right now with current lithium prices however the untapped resource is pretty epic.
Still nothing from our government regarding this latest development….?
