I have no trouble with those yellow counts mostly.
The wave 1 has a long internal wave 1 very long but still has 5 waves and without being able to measure it, wave 3 is as long or longer than its internal wave 5.
The yellow wave 5 leaves wave 3 the longest or at least not the shortest and seems to have a reasonable sub count of 5 waves within itself.
Wave 3 is a little unorthodox in that you probably need to count a running wave 2 in there to make it orthodox.
I will put some numbers on it and my analysis is probably different to others.
I think it pretty much covers the rules.
