KoBold Makes Offer for Congo Lithium as Country Courts US, page-2112

As I've indicated in the past, I sold 75% of my holding back in Feb 2022 (at 92c & missed the $1.36 record price). I still hold 250,000. I'm fine regardless of what happens. Anything above 5c for my current holding is profit. There's plenty of speculation on this forum about our exit price, ranging from a lowly 40c to many dollars ($3,$4,$5,$6). What I find interesting is that I've offered to sell my shares in full or in part off-market for $1.25 but so far no takers. I would have thought any shareholder who's confident in a multi dollar exit price would jump at the opportunity of buying shares at $1.25 b/c they stand to make returns >100%. At the end of the day, I judge people by what they do, not what they say. As for RIO, I couldn't care less if Humphrey Bear builds the mine & nor should AVZ - that will be up to KoBold. The point I was making is that I doubt RIO is a last minute player in terms of buying out our interest given what's already taken place.
