I think what you are referring to was reliant on GWG listing on the ASX IPO….as far as I know they haven’t……This announcement is about HAS buying GWG and effectively the option to acquire GBR ~75%………..so, GBR will be offloading Whiteheads under a different term sheet…..That’s my take anyway!
