James, what you are saying is correct, and I agree with many of your points, I guess in a certain way we agree along several points, except for I am not sure that the MD is not educated enough to understand what he is doing, my feeling this is a deliberate attempt by him because he enjoys being out in the field. Totally agree with you with regards to Wilgar, at first it seems a great gold find, look closer and you suddenly realise the data is very shallow (no pun intended).
There is one way to solve this, vote out McCrae, but that is very hard as he has control of many shares.
