I haven't subscribed to discussion groups for some time , mainly because I?ve got little to say, but I think that Integra are serial offenders in showing total contempt for their shareholders and are worthy of criticism.

I feel slighted in the way that they have conducted themselves in this and their previous Capital Raising. As a part-owner of the company (shareholder), I feel insulted that these 'Sophisticated investors' who are possibly not current shareholders, have more knowledge than I have of what is going on.

Even worse, they are being offered shares at a price lower than the current value, which means if they did have existing shares, they would sell them anyway, all of which has reduced the share value at the expense of existing shareholders (including me).

I have to conclude that I do not intend being a shareholder of integra for very much longer.
