    You cannot be serious here right?

    How is it the audience's job to manage an AGM, yes some holders did express frustration and that is understandable, it is NOT shareholders who must be prim, proper and professional, it is the people who are running the company. Why??
    Because by my own and many others observations, some shareholder's valid questions did not get completely answered, some others questions were quickly skimmed over whilst I observed some shareholder's questions or concerns completely ignored and the chair just continued on with his agenda. Perhaps you like to turn a blind eye to how it played out however it was very clear the only ones who should have intervened and corrected the chairperson at the time of the redomicile debacle was the board members themselves who just stayed quiet. Enough said
