interest on the 2 bill price is 120 mill snd it already profits 230 mill so wtc immediately 110 mill better off
no idea hiw quickly they may pay the 2bill down but probably doesn’t matter as the synergies will really hrlp wtc accelerate revenue over the whole business (also 50 mill savings so immediately actually 160 mill better off )
