It's going to be an all out war between ConsM and Regent...Regent will have to pull out of BCI altogether as the situation and tension between the two will be unworkable.
If you beleive the overseas article which was extremely accurate in my mind ( IMO, the writer had to of had insider information given to him)...... then ConsM has already warned that they will ask the ASIC to investigate share transactions. I think Regent and Argonaut will have a whole lot of explainng to do.
ConsM has been winning a lot of Court cases of late and I am sure that they will not back away from this one !!!
