I will start - there is no volume, buyers in turn are waiting to get closer to the finish line, whats the rush? SPP overhang keeps it supressed, come SPP closure and an announcement relating to china approval - this is going to get closer to takeover price.
Why does the market think it wont happen?
FIRB is not in the mix, China gov will say no? Shenghe will walk away from their 19% investment they bought at 99c? Big loss to take so they can walk away from this investment?
Or perhaps its just an issue of low volume? Low volume works both ways
