Vulcan chart is breaking down. When a stock is getting sold on high volume with news that's usually a very bad sign. I don't like the technicals at all here imo. Chart says much lower prices are to come. This company so far has enriched insiders only, they have been paid very handsomely for no real deliverables so far imo. All just nice fluff announcements but nothing substantial, that's why it got sold off again today.
