I have never said WM is not educated enough as you put it. If you live in an engineering field you are used to a disciplined approach.

No reasonable GM would have tolerated that JORC without calling in the legal team. I think that didn't happen because possibly the company did not supply proper information to the consultants. If the CDU deposit is approximately 75% nugget copper and the nugget copper was not included one needs to ask serious questions. To put it another way the JORC could be on less than 25% of the minerals in the ground and to make matters worse could have excluded huge numbers of the blocks of ore.

There is a concept called accountability and it appears no one is accountable.

While all this is going on big money is sitting on the sidelines ready for a TO the moment the right signals appear. You would have to be a complete idiot not to notice this.

You are not going to vote WM out, it's just not going to happen. Those on the sidelines may like it the way it's going. At the moment a TO at 1.5 times the share price would only be 5.27 and that is cheap for what is there and it's getting cheaper by the day. At that price a lot of the shareholders could lose money especially those who have held for around four years

WM has worked at possibly a huge range of mining situations but the overall running of the project guess how many he has done.

We have a right to know an estimation of what quantity of metal is in the ground. It is the most basic of wants for shareholders.

In some ways WM could be happy with the JORC as he has got what he needs to get a mining licence and it's too low to attract a TO.
