    I would have made a 1 for 10 rights issue priced at 50 cents for ALL all shareholders - meaning about 75 million shares being issued.

    But I would have added a nice sweetener with each share taken up entitling the investor also to one option - either free or at price of just one cent - exerciseable at 75 cents any time in the next three years.

    An issue like that would have been a no brainer to succeed imo.
