no-one can write anything that will change the premise behind those 2 quotes...
SP wrote "4. A placement is quick and removes funding uncertainty." and "There is no logical reason" and "raised a sensible point of view"...
so one can assume from those excerps that logical reasoning and sensible points of view are allowed on this forum, and also that there is the need to raise cash quickly.
So, taking all this into account, the circumstances of the CR clearly and logically can mean one of 2 things....
1) the management are clueless (or possibly extremely trusting and poorly advised) when it comes to raising business capital...and possibly also do not trust or respect their own long term business plans...
OR
2) a great big grey thing with a trunk entered the room and wasn't noticed or given sufficient respect, resulting in an urgent need to raise money fast and against any previously announced plans.....
why wasn't it noticed?, perhaps in the Prod ramp up to full Prod management shouldn't be off on expensive trips around the country and world giving presentations....
what is this grey thing...guess we will find out tommorrow....mmm well maybe we will find out tommorrow.
Whilst in a worst case scenario this may all result in a lower SP, possibly sustained over an extended period of months (with the usual reasons then given re overhangs and whatever), I'm still holding and will certainly consider adding more at potentially bargain basement prices....what the heck I'll put in a buy now at $0.385 because it is just possible such a ridiculous low price could be reached given the bad vibes managements behaviour has produced (incidently something that was conveniently and wrongly overlooked by those ridiculing suggestions that long term shareholders should be respected, good post Fairgopat).
Yeah yeah, get the rope out and form the lynch mob, see if I care!
