Good dream. That would be a fairer way to conduct it. But more often than not, it’s not fair. Some people here say they were scaled back more than others, that’s okay as long as the company disclosed their basis. But again usually they don’t probably due to exposure to unncesssry scrutiny. So they always use the word at the company’s discretion. Anyways, I just don’t bother if I know I’d mostly likely be scaled back
