The announcement (see in bold below) states "pending the completion of a proposed capital raising"?
Does this sound like the CR has already been done (ie no retail component)?
RE: CDX Request for Trading Halt Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1,
Cardiex Limited (ASX: CDX) (the Company) requests an immediate trading halt in the Company’s securities pending the completion of a proposed capital raising.
Cardiex anticipates that the trading halt will be lifted on or before Friday, 30 May 2025 by provision of an announcement to the ASX.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
