For me I have always asked myself how the USA managed to get themselves into the position to have to scramble for Antimony, the writing was on the wall yet there well paid team of advisors, researchers and whatever else they care to call themselves were caught out.
This helps explain how TMG secured a site like Canyon project, IMO
