I’ve been here since 2022 yet there’s somethingabout the last set of drill results that has me as excited as ever for WA1.

Latest results indicate that there are twopotential sites for 3% and possibly higher, starter pits. There are only 4 mines in the world that have a grade above 0.8%, let that sink in.

Management hold 30% of shares, very aligned withshareholders, Paul Savich CEO owns 7.4%.

Tightly held share structure with insto’s, hedgefunds, private company’s and insiders holding 63%. Retail holding 37%, withretail ownership shrinking slowly but consistently.

A consortium of Chinese, Japanese & Koreansteel companies bought 30% of CBMM in 2011 for $4 billion, as a minority non-votinginterest. This is even more significant as the state of Mineas Geiras owns 50%of the deposit and receives 25% of net profits. Since 2011 CBMM has also doubledits sales output.

Diversity of supply, at times of lower demand CBMMhave actually lowered production to keep smaller producers afloat. They arepushing Niobium’s use in new technology heavily and welcome more supply.

Metallurgy is extremely favourable currentlysitting at 65.7% niobium using a conventional ferroniobium flowsheet, at thispoint it is looking like the most favourable metallurgy of all the Niobiumproducers.

Nearby lake for water and processing

It’s in the middle of nowhere, great, FIFO isbasic, lower chance of objection on environmental challenges. Trucking isn’tcost prohibitive, $$$ per tonne is in the thousands.

Traditional owners are onboard and have a decadelong history with Agrimin and Tali, they have said they want a mine in theirarea.

Green steel awareness and production increasing.

Niobium battery tech advancing every day.
